Foundations Course
7 day one hour classes, The 9 Foundation movements of CrossFit.
Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Medicine-ball Clean. 
Foundations Course Must be completed before CrossFit standard classes are eligible. 
CrossFit 1927 Foundation Course  is a Free Program open to Everyone who would like to participate .
